● Nintendo Switch @ SXSW, Austin Convention Center, 500 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701 – Brand Ambassador. 3-day activation promoting Nintendo Switch and games at SXSW Gaming Expo. Assisted with crowd control in our section, and monitored lines. Assisted SXSW attendees in groups of 20 with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild game. Explained games, and gave how-to demonstrations on using the Nintendo Switch. Promoted contest on other side of exhibit to win a Nintendo Switch. Submitted daily feedback reports via email as well Demonstrator Survey following the final event day (Spring 2017).
● Toyota Marathon San Antonio, E Nueva and S Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78205 – Brand
Ambassador. Assisted attendees in registering for Toyota survey on iPads. Gave away bags, hand warmers and flip-flops. Directed attendees to start and finish line, and answered other marathon questions. Promoted Toyota tattoos and musical high striker (Fall 2016).
● Topo Chico Fan Fest, 401 E 6th St Austin, TX 78701 – Brand Ambassador. Assisted with
Formula 1 race car video game. Handed out Topo Chico drinks to attendees and promoted awareness. Created and explained Topo Chico “mocktails” for attendees, using one of three Topo Chico flavors. Promoted the Topo Chico photo booth (Fall 2016).
● Mazda MX-5 Experience, 8400 Delwau Ln, Austin, TX 78725 – Brand Ambassador. Handled
registration for a two-day event with Mazda on three iPads. Handed out badges for registered guests. Promoted the Ride and Drive Experience (Fall 2015).
● Pandora Malibu Rum Mansfield, 6550 Comanche Trail Austin, TX 78732 – Brand
Ambassador. Registered approximately 500 guests on iPads for a fun night with Pandora. Decorated the floor with various giveaway items. Filled beach balls and organized sunglasses and glowsticks (Fall 2015).
● Deutchen Pfest, Pfluger Park, 5151 City Park Rd, Pflugervile, TX 78660 – Event Staf . Led
a wheel spinning challenge. Gathered crowds while promoting prizes and giveaways. Informed passerbyers about free classes and events offered by Premier Martial Arts. Set up and tore down tent and wheel (Spring 2015).
● Facebook Fit Conference, 208 Nueces St, Austin, TX 78701 – Bilingual Brand Ambassador. Registered 450+ on iPads during the morning session. Answered questions about the conference. Managed traffic. Monitored time during 1-on-1 sessions (Summer 2014).
● Creatour, 500 West 4th St, Austin, TX, 78701 – Event Staf . Monitored over 300
teenagers over the period of two days. Acted as security in various areas of the hotel. Helped with set-up and breakdown (Summer 2014).

Ambassador. Aggressively and enthusiastically promoted a trip to Miami, Florida. Signed interested party up using iPad registration. Informed passers about the contest. Passed out sunglasses, lip gloss and water bottles to SXSW attendees (Spring 2013).
● South Side Marker BBQ Roadshow, 4301 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX
78749 – Brand Ambassador. Promoted Southside Market BBQ. Informed customers about the company history. Gave out free samples. Took pictures (Summer 2012).
● Canon SXSW Event, Driskill Hotel, 604 Brazos Street, Austin, TX 78701 –
Brand Ambassador. Served as a tour guide in the Canon room. Passed out Canon flyers
Explained the promotion to onlookers and those passing by. Took pictures of people in gigantic photo frames. Uploaded peoples’ pictures using various outlets for iPhones, Blackberries, digital cameras and more (Spring 2012).
● Capital Area Dental Foundation Auction, JW Marriott, 110 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701 – Brand
Ambassador. Assisted attendees in computer and mobile registration for auction. Promoted auction items via iPad near the auction closing to sell remaining items. Used internal tools on company-provided laptop and credit card
processing device to check customers out. (Spring 2017).
● SAY Sí Art Auction, 1518 S. Alamo St., San Antonio, TX 78204 – Brand Ambassador. Assisted
attendees in computer and mobile registration for auction. Determined auction winners from paper ballots. Used internal tools on company-provided laptop and credit card processing device to check customers out. Connected laptops to Wi-Fi; assisted with setup/breakdown of event (Spring 2017).
● Keurig Street Team at UT, 405 E 23rd St, Austin, TX 78712 – Team Lead. Led a team of
ten brand ambassadors in promoting Keurig K200. Gave out samples of coffee to the public. Directed passerbyers to fill out a survey in order to win a free Keurig coffee maker. Promoted #BrewU on all social media platforms for free
prizes on the spot, and took photos and videos (Fall 2015).
●People Connect at SXSW, Congress Ave and E 4th St, Austin, TX, 78701 – Team Lead. Managed a team of ten brand ambassadors over a period of five consecutive days. Informed team members of their responsibilities. Toured streets of downtown Austin handing out flyers, NFC bracelets, and glow sticks on guerrilla street team. Demonstrated the benefits of the PPL Connect app on Android phones. Waited in line for customers. Led
a group of tuba players down 6th Street for several days. In-charge of photos and videos (Spring 2014).
